June: Mint (or white chocolate) cookies
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups cocoa
1 3/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups mint or white chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets.
2. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time, beat well after each egg.
3. Mix cocoa, flour, and baking soda in a separate bowl. Gradually stir into butter mixture.
4. Fold in mint chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until puffy and soft. Let cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before placing on wire rack.

Brittany - These look so yummy. Then again, I am partial to poopy-looking cookies. I've been meaning to post the recipe to my personal favorites--no bakes, which are very lumpy looking. I look forward to more recipes and posts from Britty Crocker!
Actually that is a pile of poo. I know because I provided the poo.
That does look like poo. I would just like you to know that I am a decent baker also butcher and candlestick maker. I have been on a pie making craze...I'm like the pieman from Strawberry Shortcake
